I'm definitely going to continue using it for Internal Med and Surgery. I HIGHLY recommend this to any 3rd year medical student trying to hone in on your knowledge in the spare minutes between patients, at lunch break, etc. As long as you use Case Files as a supplemental tool along with a textbook rather than your only study tool, you'll find it very helpful!
